  • The incorporation shall be a federal or Ontario corporation.
  • You will get a standardized corporate structure that includes Common Shares and 4 Classes of Preference Shares.
  • You will get a minute book and a corporate seal You will get the by-laws, resolutions, the applicable directors' consents, share certificates, ledgers and registers relating to the incorporation.
  • You will get the piece of mind that things are done right.
  • The Offer expires on July 31, 2009.
  • The Offer cannot be combined with any other offer.
  • The Offer cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.
